The Barista is a key member of our coffee house team and responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They take orders from customers, prepare espresso-based drinks according to company recipes or customer specifications, handle cash payments, answer general questions about the menu items and assist management in keeping the cafe clean and well-stocked. They also recommend offerings to customers based on their individual tastes. The barista must have excellent customer service skills as well as strong knowledge of coffee drinks.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at our coffee house and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for our customers. The supervisor will plan staff schedules, help train team members, address customer complaints and questions, monitor cash flow, resolve conflicts among staff members and ensure the overall efficiency of the store.
